No. No honest agency can guarantee sales or results: approvals, rankings, deals, sales and account reinstatement are decided by the marketplace. We work through a store audit, correct listings, ads and regular reports, and we show you what we did and what changed.
No. Our fee covers managing your ads. The money spent on ads is paid by you directly to the marketplace.
No. The SKU limit is a total across all marketplaces in your package.
Extra SKUs cost ₹150 per SKU per month above the limit, in every package: Basic (20), Standard (50), Premium (100) and Ultimate (200).
Yes. You pay only for marketplaces not already in your package. Basic (with Flipkart as primary): Meesho ₹3,999, Amazon ₹6,499, Myntra ₹11,999, Snapdeal ₹7,999 per month. Standard: Amazon ₹6,499, Myntra ₹11,999, Snapdeal ₹7,499 per month. Premium: Myntra ₹10,999 and Snapdeal ₹6,999 per month, plus one-time onboarding of ₹22,999 (Myntra) or ₹12,499 (Snapdeal). Ultimate already includes all five. Add-ons depend on suitability and eligibility.
Monthly, 3 months in advance, or a 3-month split plan. Split plan totals: Basic ₹19,999 (50% upfront, 50% at the end of month 1), Standard ₹37,999, Premium ₹52,999 and Ultimate ₹92,999 (50% upfront, 25% in month 2, 25% in month 3).

Basic and Standard have a 3-month minimum. Premium and Ultimate can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; other terms are as per your written agreement or final service contract. Nothing renews automatically after the agreed term unless you confirm.
No. Packing, dispatch and courier handling are not part of the packages.
It depends on your category, products, prices, stock and competition. The first weeks usually go into the audit, fixes and listing work; changes in sales, if any, often take longer to show. We share what we did and what changed in regular reports. We do not guarantee sales.
Usually: onboarding and access setup, a full store audit, fixing errors and account health issues, improving titles, keywords and images, and starting or cleaning up ads where your package includes them. Every store is different, so the exact plan is shared with you after the audit.
Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are off unless agreed separately.
