Refund Policy

This policy applies to every payment made to H QUIK ENTERPRISES ("H QUIK", "we", "us").

1. All payments are non-refundable

Payments for our services (marketplace management packages, website projects and any other work) and for the H QUIK App and its activation keys are non-refundable. Please check the package, scope and price before you pay. If you have a question, ask us first.

2. The only exception: duplicate or failed payments

If you paid twice for the same thing by mistake, or money was debited from your account but the payment failed, we will return that amount to your original payment method after we verify it. This usually takes 7 to 10 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a little longer to show it.
