Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use hquik.in, our free seller tools, the H QUIK App, or hire H QUIK ENTERPRISES ("H QUIK", "we", "us") for marketplace management or website services. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms. A written agreement or proposal signed for your project will take priority where it says something different.

1. Our services

We provide e-commerce marketplace management for sellers on platforms such as Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and Snapdeal: account management, listings and catalog work, advertising management, image services, account health support, reports and growth planning, as described in each package. E-commerce website setup is a separate service, quoted separately.

2. Pricing

• Package prices are shown on our website in Indian Rupees per month. GST and other taxes apply as per law.
• Prices on the website may change from time to time. The price confirmed in your written proposal or invoice is the price you pay.
• The Ultimate package price and scope are subject to a final written agreement.
• Listing, image and campaign volumes are as agreed in writing for each package.
• Advertising spend (the money paid to a marketplace for ads) is not included in our fees and is paid by you directly.
• SKU limits are totals across the marketplaces in your package. Extra SKUs and extra marketplaces are charged as listed on our website or in your proposal.
• Website projects are quoted separately. Domain, hosting, payment gateway, shipping integrations and third-party subscriptions are charged where applicable.

3. Payment

You can pay monthly, 3 months in advance, or on a 3-month split plan, as shown on our website. We accept payment by UPI, bank transfer and, where available, Razorpay. Work starts once we receive the advance payment, the required documents and account access.

All payments are non-refundable. The only exception is a duplicate payment, or money debited when the payment failed, which we return after verification. See our Refund Policy.

4. Term and renewal

Basic and Standard packages have a 3-month minimum commitment. Premium can be cancelled as per your written agreement. Ultimate terms are set in the final service contract. Packages do not renew automatically after the agreed term unless you confirm the renewal. Payments already made are not refunded (see our Refund Policy).

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us correct business information, product details, images (where your package needs them) and timely approvals.
• Give us account access the marketplace allows. Keep your passwords and OTPs with you.
• Make sure your products, listings and business follow the law and each marketplace's policies.
• Handle packing, dispatch, courier and other physical operations. These are not part of our packages.

6. No guaranteed results

Marketplace registration, approvals, listing acceptance, deals, search rankings, sales and account reinstatement are decided by each marketplace and by buyers. We work hard to improve your results, but we do not guarantee any specific sales, ranking, order volume or outcome. Results shown on our website are from stores we manage and are not a promise of the same result for you.

7. Free tools

Our free seller tools are provided "as is", free of charge, for your convenience. Files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. Please check results (for example, label crops, calculations and GST figures) before you use them. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on a tool's output without checking it. We may change or stop a free tool at any time.

8. H QUIK App

The H QUIK App is sold as described on the app page. Payments for the app and activation keys are non-refundable, except duplicate or failed payments (see our Refund Policy). Use it as permitted by us; do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. Keep backups of your important business data.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and account access confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed work.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions and actions taken by marketplaces.

11. Trademarks

Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Snapdeal and other marketplace names are trademarks of their owners. H QUIK ENTERPRISES is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these marketplaces.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
