Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information H QUIK ENTERPRISES ("H QUIK", "we", "us") collects through hquik.in, our free seller tools, the H QUIK App order page and our services, and how we use it. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to us.

1. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, mobile number, store or brand name (optional), the marketplaces you sell on and what you need.
• H QUIK App order form: your name, company name, GST number (optional) and mobile number.
• Free tools account: your name, email address and mobile number, and the login details needed to sign you in (for example, a Google sign-in).
• Messages and calls: what you share with us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Client work: if you hire us, the business details, documents and seller account access you give us to do the work.
• Payments: if you pay by UPI or Razorpay, the payment is handled by your UPI app or by Razorpay. We see the payment confirmation (such as the amount, date and reference), not your card or bank login details.

2. Files in the free tools

Our free tools (such as the label cropper, background remover and image tools) process your files inside your own browser. Your PDFs and images are not uploaded to our servers. Some tools save your settings or recent data in your browser's local storage on your device; you can clear this from your browser settings at any time.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and call or message you about it.
• To deliver the services or the app you bought, and to send invoices and updates about that work.
• To give you access to the free tools.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

4. Where it is stored and who can see it

Form entries and tool accounts are stored with trusted third-party cloud service providers that host our website, database and login system. Their servers may be located outside India. Only H QUIK staff who need the information to help you can see it. We may share information when the law requires it, or with a payment provider to complete your payment.

5. Your seller accounts

When you hire us, your seller accounts remain yours. Where a marketplace allows it, we ask for staff or role-based access instead of your password. Your passwords and OTPs stay with you. We use your account access only for the agreed work.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up with you, and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your enquiry or tools account at any time.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@hquik.in from the email or number you used, and we will reply within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising cookies on this website. The free tools and login use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

9. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
